Project Manager (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Pixelogic Media provides distribution services and technology solutions to the entertainment industry, helping studios and broadcasters localize and distribute content worldwide. We are looking for a bilingual Korean‑English Project Manager to lead media localization projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage media localization projects end‑to‑end ensuring quality, on‑time delivery, and cost‑efficiency.
• Coordinate information and assets from different teams and work with various stakeholders to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Act as a point of escalation for internal and external parties, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to consistently deliver quality products on time.
• Vet timed‑text and metadata files using technical and linguistic checklists to ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Experience in multi‑language subtitling/dubbing project management, including translation workflows and management systems.
• Experience with professional subtitling software and timed‑text formats (highly desirable).
• Team player with outstanding communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive attitude when dealing with emergencies.
• Willingness to work across time zones and be on‑call during weekends.
