Project Sales Executive – Construction Flooring

About the role

Gigantic is a specialized contracting company offering concrete flooring, epoxy coating, and concrete polishing services across Egypt. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Project Sales Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell industrial flooring solutions, including concrete flooring, epoxy coating, and concrete polishing services.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until deal closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, or construction/building materials sales.
• Experience in flooring, epoxy, construction materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Cairo and nearby areas.
• Owning a car is a plus.
