Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the effort to monitor and continuously improve the quality of agricultural products. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, drive defect reduction, and support the organization in achieving high audit success rates.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve overall product quality using customer feedback and internal assessments.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and certifications, minimizing non‑compliance incidents.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously reduce defect rates.
• Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in internal and external quality audits.
• Identify and address quality‑related issues to decrease the cost of poor quality.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established metrics.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the agriculture industry.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
