Quality Specialist – Metal Industry & Production Lines

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our metal industry and production line operations in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on ensuring that raw materials, processes and finished parts meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in‑process manufacturing steps and final products.
• Monitor production quality and verify compliance with established specifications.
• Prepare daily and periodic quality reports for management.
• Identify non‑conformities and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce defects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Industrial Education.
• Graduates of Industrial Education are preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Use of precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Familiarity with quality standards and quality management systems.
