Real Estate Agent – Cairo

About the role

Premises Investments is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo office. You will work full‑time on‑site, helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and manage property listings with accurate details.
• Stay updated on local market trends to provide expert advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Proven knowledge and experience in real estate and property transactions.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Cairo real‑estate market.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
