About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to promote residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves contacting warm and cold leads, qualifying their needs, and arranging appointments for senior sales agents.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to pitch real estate projects.
- Qualify leads by assessing budget, preferred location, and investment goals.
- Book face‑to‑face or online meetings for senior outside‑sales property agents.
- Maintain the CRM with accurate call outcomes, client notes, and follow‑up schedules.
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls, lead conversion, and bookings.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience, preferably in real estate sales.
- Bachelor’s degree (higher education).
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone voice.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good computer literacy.
