About the role
Self Medical Hub is seeking a professional Receptionist to join its front‑desk team in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer, forward, and take messages for incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining an organized calendar.
- Maintain accurate records, handle correspondence, and perform general clerical duties.
- Operate office equipment and assist with basic administrative tasks for the medical team.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office‑management training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
