Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Speed Graphic is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to join its team in Qesm El Nozha. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent to support the company’s fast‑paced creative services business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous recruitment experience in creative or media industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
