About the role
LC Waikiki Retail Company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the hiring process for both head‑office and store positions. The role ensures that staffing needs are met efficiently while supporting the company’s mission of providing accessible fashion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for corporate and retail roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels and evaluate applications.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate development‑center activities.
- Verify references, extend job offers, and oversee onboarding equipment needs.
- Monitor trial periods, handle employee departures, and manage internal communications.
- Collaborate with operational teams to define position requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct store visits and report findings when requested.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
