About the role
We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for Elite HR Consultancy in the Dubai market. The role focuses on outbound cold‑calling, lead qualification and setting up meetings with decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Make 200‑250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients in Dubai.
- Introduce recruitment services and generate qualified leads or meetings.
- Build interest and maintain professional conversations with decision‑makers.
- Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Update the CRM and track call outcomes on a daily basis.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
Required profile
- Fluent English (minimum B2‑C1 level) with clear communication.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales or call‑center environments preferred.
- Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
