Remote Sales Specialist – Warm Leads (Arabic/English)

About the role

Rachmat Agro is hiring a Remote Call Center / Sales Specialist to manage incoming inquiries for plant seedlings. The position is 100 % work‑from‑home, full‑time (8‑hour days, 5 days a week). You will engage only with warm leads—clients who have already expressed interest—providing product advice and completing sales without any cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Consult interested clients, answer product questions, and recommend suitable seedling options.
• Execute computer‑based sales transactions and handle related administrative tasks such as order entry and documentation.

Required profile

• Well‑spoken, confident, with excellent communication skills.
• Highly responsible, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Native Arabic fluency and strong spoken English proficiency.
• Own a personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
