Remote Scrum Master Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master Consultant to work remotely on strategic digital initiatives. You will guide product lifecycles, ensure Agile and Scrum best practices, and deliver high‑quality digital products that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle and apply Agile/Scrum practices.
• Define product vision, objectives, and roadmap in line with company strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories.
• Own and continuously manage the product backlog, prioritising features by value, risk, and impact.
• Plan releases and sprints, set realistic scopes and timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Review and accept completed features to verify compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and resolve blockers affecting team progress.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote an Agile culture and best practices across the organisation.
• Ensure strong collaboration among product, engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
• Maintain full ownership of product delivery according to the agreed roadmap and milestones.

• Highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master consultant.
• Strong ability to work remotely and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
