Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, presenting premium preventive health packages and closing sales.
• Use consultative techniques to uncover client health goals, lifestyle habits and pain points, recommending tailored programs.
• Handle objections with empathy, addressing concerns about price, commitment or health habits.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, meet or exceed monthly sales targets and keep the CRM updated with accurate activity data.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English fluency with a clear, neutral accent.
• Minimum 2 years of successful telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket health‑tech, premium wellness or similar consultative B2C environments.
• Professional remote work setup: quiet home office, high‑speed internet (≥20 Mbps) and a quality headset.
