About the role
Granada Restaurant & Pub is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its fine‑dining venue in Hurghada. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience through effective team leadership and coordination with kitchen and bar.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑of‑house operations, including scheduling, training and performance management.
- Monitor reservations, table turnover and coordinate service flow with kitchen and bar.
- Manage inventory, ordering and cost control for food and beverage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues.
- Support sales initiatives, special events and promotional activities.
- Uphold brand standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in fine‑dining or upscale casual settings.
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to resolve guest issues professionally.
- Experience hiring, onboarding and training staff while fostering an inclusive team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, team members and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and inventory management practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
