About the role
Bayut Egypt is looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive new business opportunities in the Egyptian real‑estate market. You will build and nurture relationships with potential customers, convert leads into paying clients, and support after‑sales service to boost long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospects through cold calls, farming, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage client expectations, arrange meetings for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for both new acquisitions and renewals.
- Maintain a reporting dashboard that captures all sales activities.
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing on sales‑related issues.
- Collect market insights and stay updated on local real‑estate laws and developments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in cold‑calling, lead generation, and account management.
- Good knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate market and subscription industry.
- Familiarity with tech, e‑commerce, prop‑tech and digital platforms.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, time‑management and presentation skills.
- Positive, flexible, presentable and committed attitude.
