Key responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell services effectively to both existing and prospective customers.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, maintaining a high response rate.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
• Complete and submit daily reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 2‑5 years of experience as a Sales Agent.
• Strong knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the health or technology industry is a plus.
