Sales Engineer – Electromechanical & Light Current

About the role

Delta Integrated Solutions, an MEP & Integrated Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Electromechanical & Light Current to support its growth and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the electromechanical and light current market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records through the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electromechanical, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in an engineering or technical sales environment.
• Previous experience within the Electromechanical, MEP, ELV, or Light Current industry.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical and/or light current products, systems, and solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and other B2B clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A valid driving license is a plus.
