Sales Executive – Vehicle Sales

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles using MAG's proven sales process. You will greet customers, showcase vehicle features, compare models, and guide buyers through financing and paperwork while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers face‑to‑face or by phone to demonstrate vehicle characteristics and compare competitive models.
• Move inventory as needed throughout the year and across seasons.
• Complete sales paperwork, assist buyers with finance applications, and follow up via the MAG CRM system.
• Enter accurate customer data into the CRM after each interaction to support retention and business development.
• Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data.
• Assist senior colleagues in managing client relationships using sales systems.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
• Obtain supervisor approval for any procedural exceptions.
• Process custom or special orders and handle ambiguous delivery expectations.
• Respond promptly to escalated issues and provide managerial approvals when required.
• Sell standard products and services and, when needed, supervise a team of sales advisors.
• Perform routine inventory tasks following established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of prior sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance when required.
• Strong capability to structure sales conversations, identify key buying influences, and build trust with clients.
