About the role
As a Client Manager for steam turbines and generators, you will drive Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver decarbonised, innovative, and profitable energy solutions. You will work closely with a diverse client base, leading projects that improve asset efficiency and reliability while supporting a sustainable future.
Key responsibilities
- Position Siemens Energy as the leading service provider in the market, enhancing brand reputation and client trust.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets, demonstrating self‑motivation and commitment to excellence.
- Coordinate sales activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support digital solutions for rotating equipment, contributing to technological advancement and client success.
- Uphold compliance and business conduct policies, ensuring ethical and responsible practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience servicing steam turbines and generators, preferably in the industrial market.
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability for reviewing cost estimates and collaborating with commercial teams.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in value‑add selling.
- Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills, thriving under pressure and in multicultural settings.
