About the role

As a Client Manager for steam turbines and generators, you will drive Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver decarbonised, innovative, and profitable energy solutions. You will work closely with a diverse client base, leading projects that improve asset efficiency and reliability while supporting a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

  • Position Siemens Energy as the leading service provider in the market, enhancing brand reputation and client trust.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets, demonstrating self‑motivation and commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate sales activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support digital solutions for rotating equipment, contributing to technological advancement and client success.
  • Uphold compliance and business conduct policies, ensuring ethical and responsible practices.

Required profile

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience servicing steam turbines and generators, preferably in the industrial market.
  • University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capability for reviewing cost estimates and collaborating with commercial teams.
  • Strategic thinking with expertise in value‑add selling.
  • Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills, thriving under pressure and in multicultural settings.
