SAP Bid Manager – Lead End-to-End Proposal Process

About the role

ITGoals is seeking an experienced SAP Bid Manager to own the full bid lifecycle for SAP projects, from qualifying opportunities to delivering winning proposals and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with functional, technical, commercial and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end SAP bid and proposal process.
• Analyse RFPs, RFQs and customer requirements to define bid strategies.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, commercial and delivery teams to develop high‑quality proposals.
• Define solution scope, delivery approach, assumptions, timelines and resource needs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Engage SAP partners, vendors and subcontractors when required.
• Manage bid schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies and approvals.
• Support pricing, costing, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Lead customer presentations, clarification meetings and bid negotiations.
• Maintain bid documentation, lessons learned and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP bid management, presales or SAP consulting.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and implementation methodologies.
• Experience handling complex RFP/RFQ and proposal processes.
• Solid commercial acumen with pricing and costing experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and large‑scale transformation projects is preferred.
