Senior Academic Counselor

About the role

The Senior Academic Counselor works full‑time on‑site in Ad‑Duqqi, providing personalized academic and career guidance to prospective and current students. The role involves reviewing academic records, recommending suitable programmes and universities, and supporting learners through the entire application and admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions to help students select appropriate study destinations and programmes.
• Organise and lead information sessions about international education opportunities.
• Maintain accurate student records and coordinate with partner institutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with international education policies and admission requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in student counseling, academic advising and career counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience with study‑abroad or international admissions counseling is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Basic data management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
