Senior Associate – Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics

About the role

As part of the Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics team, you will help shape how EAIC manages performance, investments and efficiency across Alliances. You will support business reporting, budgeting processes and automation‑driven analytics, transforming how success is measured.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external monthly and quarterly business performance reporting across Alliances, covering pipeline, investments, efficiency metrics, funding and certifications.
• Develop ad‑hoc and Alliance‑specific reports by collaborating with diverse leaders.
• Maintain accurate tagging of Alliance opportunities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models that provide real‑time visibility into performance and ROI.
• Conduct financial and performance analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, especially Salesforce and Power Platform tools.
• Translate data insights into concise business recommendations for leadership and support business reviews with executive summaries and visual presentations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in reporting, analytics or business performance tracking, preferably in consulting or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail and comfort managing complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, innovation and data‑driven decision‑making.
