Senior Associate – Leasing

About the role

The Senior Associate, Leasing will work closely with the Senior Manager – Leasing to market new properties and manage existing ones, helping Majid Al Futtaim Properties achieve its leasing targets and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Manager in implementing leasing objectives, including space allocation, timelines and target rental rates.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential tenants, handle enquiries promptly, and arrange site visits.
• Prepare leasing agreements, manage renewals and extensions, and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Produce regular leasing activity reports and track the status of negotiations.
• Collaborate with Property Operations to identify retail gaps and recommend complementary retailers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing lease activities in retail or real‑estate companies, preferably in the GCC.
• Very good command of English and strong communication and negotiation skills.
