About the role

The Senior Brand Acquisition & Commercial Partnerships Specialist will drive the identification and onboarding of high‑potential brands that align with our commercial strategy, building strong pipelines and fostering strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential brands aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of targeted brands and potential partners.
• Identify key decision‑makers and establish professional business relationships.
• Lead communication and engagement with targeted brands and companies.
• Arrange and conduct commercial meetings and business discussions.
• Qualify, prioritize, and follow up on commercial opportunities and leads.
• Support the development and negotiation of commercial partnerships.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Leasing, and Business Development teams.
• Monitor market and brand trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date brand and opportunity databases.
• Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities, pipeline progress, and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand acquisition, business development, commercial partnerships, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial and business development activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify decision‑makers and build professional business relationships.
• Strong market research and opportunity assessment skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong follow‑up, pipeline management, and reporting skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
