About the role
We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join New Plan in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves preparing project analyses, generating monthly cost control reports, and providing technical support to the construction team.
Key responsibilities
- Study project files and prepare required analyses and breakdowns.
- Generate monthly cost control reports using company standard forms and supporting documentation.
- Provide ad‑hoc cost reports as needed.
- Analyze project expenses and material purchase orders against the budget.
- Monitor actual costs for labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Disseminate budget information to operating groups and clarify queries.
- Review project invoice status monthly and support variation and claim cost analysis.
- Conduct monthly cash‑flow reviews and prepare project close‑out reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRMG.
- 3–5 years of experience in a construction company.
