Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud platforms. You will work within a cross‑functional team, driving GitOps practices, DevSecOps integration, and infrastructure‑as‑code to ensure reliable and compliant software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build and Jenkins.
• Embed security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and manage IaC with Terraform and Ansible for cloud provisioning.
• Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux for declarative deployments.
• Monitor performance and reliability using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or GCP Operations Suite.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate them with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Ensure cloud security through IAM policies, network controls, encryption and compliance automation.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to automate unit, integration and security testing.
• Lead initiatives on secrets management, policy enforcement and secure authentication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing CI/CD pipelines in AWS and GCP environments.
• Proven ability to drive automation, improve efficiency and enforce security standards.
