Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will act as the visual storyteller for FORTE’s hospitality brand, turning guest experiences into compelling digital and print assets. Working in a hybrid setting, you will balance creative innovation with the delivery of high‑volume marketing targets across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce at least 30 high‑quality social media posts and digital assets each month to drive guest engagement.
• Create print collateral such as menus, signage, brochures, and large‑scale environmental graphics.
• Maintain a centralized asset library and ensure brand‑compliant templates are available to all properties.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to translate campaign briefs into actionable design concepts and oversee end‑to‑end production for both digital and print vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, travel or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to non‑creative stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in fast‑paced agency settings serving multiple hospitality clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• After Effects and Premiere Pro for short‑form motion graphics.
• Print production knowledge: pre‑press requirements, paper stocks, finishing techniques.
• Understanding of social media trends, aspect ratios and platform‑specific design constraints.
• Web design principles and UI/UX basics.
• Photography and basic photo retouching.
