About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Change Management function within Service Management. The role is pivotal in ensuring that technology changes are introduced smoothly, safely, and in line with ITIL best‑practice.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements across the Change Management lifecycle.
- Track technology changes and coordinate their transition to production.
- Maintain and evolve the Change Management process, including peer reviews, TVT, BVT, documented testing, back‑out and recovery plans.
- Define and monitor criteria for “Change Success” according to ITIL standards.
- Facilitate Change Board meetings and engage stakeholders throughout the approval cycle.
- Collaborate with Problem Management to perform root‑cause analysis for incidents linked to changes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in Service Management and Change Management.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
