Senior Manager – Data Protection

About the role

The Senior Manager – Data Protection will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of data protection controls across the organisation. Working closely with global stakeholders, the role ensures that the company complies with its data‑protection policy and framework through a data‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, develop and roll out data‑protection controls in coordination with business units worldwide.
• Monitor compliance with the organisation’s data‑protection policy and framework.
• Execute protection operations efficiently, delivering required quality and timeliness.
• Support the Head of Data Privacy and Protection in achieving the overall protection strategy and goals.
• Lead all data‑protection related tasks, including monitoring and safeguarding information‑security assets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic data‑protection initiatives.

Required profile

• A T‑shaped professional with proven expertise in core data‑protection capabilities such as policy, governance, protection strategy and programme management.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across a global organisation.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements to an organisation’s data‑protection posture.
