Senior Manager - Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations for a country within Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East. The role oversees warehousing, import/export, transportation, distribution and inventory management, ensuring operational excellence and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all logistics functions, including warehousing, freight imports & exports, transportation, distribution and inventory control.
• Ensure client contracts are effectively administered and logistics KPIs are consistently met.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and third‑party logistics providers, negotiate commercial agreements and drive continuous service improvements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, process improvements and logistics projects aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company logistics policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the logistics team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations within retail or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end logistics functions and third‑party providers.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership capabilities.
