Senior Program Manager – Offshoring & International Emerging Stores

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large‑scale initiatives for its Mass Vendor Relations (MVR) team across emerging international stores such as Singapore, UAE, KSA, Egypt and South Africa. You will shape processes that drive commercial success for hundreds of small and medium‑size vendors while collaborating with Retail, Finance and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimize programs that improve vendor selection, availability, operational performance, marketing and promotions.
• Own end‑to‑end workstream planning, requirements definition, metric tracking, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
• Identify growth opportunities for vendors, define the supporting processes and monitor business performance.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Retail teams to share learnings and coordinate actions on complex joint problems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with a data‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to define strategy, deliver results and communicate outcomes to senior leaders.
• 4+ years of people‑management experience, including budget ownership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and independent decision‑making skills.
