About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. You will interact daily with clients, offering expert advice on buying, selling or leasing properties and guiding them through the real‑estate process.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct market analysis to assess property values and trends.
- Present tailored real‑estate solutions that match client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience with clear communication and service standards.
Required profile
- Strong personality with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven expertise in consulting and real‑estate across various property markets.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Demonstrated sales success, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred; prior real‑estate experience highly advantageous.
