About the role

Decima International is seeking a Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead professional and niche hiring across its MENA operations and other global markets. This senior position acts as a strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition Lead, driving complex hiring mandates and building pipelines for critical roles in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level technical and non‑technical positions (engineering, project management, commercial, etc.).
• Manage hiring across GCC, MENA and international markets while meeting aggressive timelines.
• Lead proactive talent mapping, headhunting and passive candidate sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Maintain high‑quality talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles and act as trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Optimize ATS usage, ensure data accuracy, and standardize recruitment workflows.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, decision‑making and provide data‑driven recruitment reporting.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on professional or niche hiring.
• Proven track record in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple regions (GCC, MENA, international).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
