About the role
The Senior Sales Associate will lead the customer journey in a luxury boutique, delivering the brand story and driving sales through personalized service. This role combines deep product knowledge with proactive client relationship management to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies, including cross‑selling and up‑selling to new and existing clients.
- Communicate the brand’s inspiration, craftsmanship, and story during each sales interaction.
- Monitor market trends and propose initiatives to enhance client development and brand experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update the boutique’s client database, ensuring accurate records for targeted communication.
- Uphold store standards, loss‑prevention policies, and operational excellence, including mystery‑shopper checklists.
- Provide exemplary customer service, handling retention plans and complaint resolution.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily business needs, and model attendance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client relationships.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours.
