Senior Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions

About the role

Drive B2B sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure). Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation to ensure technical and commercial competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners.
• Ensure solutions comply with client needs, lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED) and energy‑efficiency benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design teams to meet project deliverables on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in engineering B2B sales, preferably in lighting systems.
• Proven track record in project‑based sales and strong relationships with contractors.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Lighting systems and energy‑efficiency solutions.
• Control systems such as DALI and KNX.
• Knowledge of lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED).
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• MS Office suite.
