Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

COB Solution is seeking a Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to lead organic growth for its healthcare‑focused digital properties. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will shape and execute SEO strategies that boost visibility, traffic and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop content optimization plans.
• Perform technical and on‑page SEO audits, improving site architecture, crawlability, indexation and page speed.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, internal linking and XML sitemaps.
• Manage off‑page activities, including backlink analysis and link‑building campaigns.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance metrics using Google Search Console, GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across all initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in healthcare or B2B services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to generate clear performance reports.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of search engine algorithms and emerging organic search trends.
