About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical positions within the banking sector in Sheikh Zayed. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for software, IT, digital, data, and cybersecurity roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent.
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey from application to offer.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Proven track record hiring for banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of technical and IT job families.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English.
