Senior Travel Consultant – Package Sales (GCC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Travel Consultant specialized in package reservation and sales to join our dynamic team. You will design attractive travel packages, manage reservations, and provide expert advice to ensure exceptional client experiences across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and offer comprehensive travel packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Manage package reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itinerary options.
• Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with transport and lodging providers.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.
• Stay updated with industry trends, pricing changes, and travel regulations.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and increase sales.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in travel consultancy with a focus on package sales.
• Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and industry booking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client demands simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
