Site Architect – Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Site Architect to work on the consultant side, overseeing architectural activities on construction sites. The role involves ensuring that all on‑site work aligns with design drawings and specifications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day architectural site works and monitor progress.
• Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other specialists to resolve design‑related issues.
• Prepare regular progress reports and review contractors’ performance.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to confirm quality of finishes and overall compliance.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural works and finishing.
• Proven ability to review drawings and ensure on‑site compliance.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving capabilities.
