About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Ads Specialist who can combine strong graphic design abilities with data‑driven advertising expertise. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid campaigns across major social platforms to boost engagement and conversions for our tourism business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Design eye‑catching visual assets for ads using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust targeting and creative to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall tourism promotions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
