Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to design, execute and optimise our social presence across all platforms. You will shape content that drives brand awareness, community engagement and sales while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, business goals and sales targets.
• Develop structured content calendars and strategic pillars (brand awareness, education, community, conversion).
• Translate product features into strong content angles, viral hooks and story‑driven concepts.
• Lead creative direction for Reels, TikToks, Stories, feed posts and campaign visuals, providing detailed briefs, moodboards and shot lists.
• Write high‑converting copy including hooks, captions, story sequences and CTA‑focused messaging.
• Execute launches, campaigns and promotions, coordinating roll‑outs with creative and marketing teams.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities and platform shifts to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, watch time, story completion, CTR, conversion, follower growth) and optimise content weekly.
• Oversee community management, ensuring brand‑consistent, high‑quality communication and fast response times.
• Lead and manage the social media creative team, setting weekly deliverables, deadlines and workflow priorities.
