Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join BSS in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating and managing engaging content across multiple social platforms while supporting broader marketing campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use AI tools to generate reels, captions, designs, and video enhancements.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, stories, campaigns and promotional material.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Generate qualified leads and boost audience engagement.
• Increase website traffic and brand visibility through digital campaigns.
• Coordinate in‑house events, trainings, exhibitions, product launches and support marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning and execution.
• Assist with photography and video coverage during events.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
• Track analytics, engagement metrics and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, TikTok trends and short‑form video creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
