Sterile Production Pharmacist

About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sterile Production Pharmacist to oversee and execute all preparation processes within the Parenteral Sterile Department. The role involves supervising operators and ensuring compliance with production plans and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and follow up weekly production plans.
• Execute product preparation, filtration, filling and capping according to batch records and SOPs.
• Issue and update SOPs and batch records.
• Monitor sterile area controls and maintain compliance with SOPs.
• Supervise operators throughout manufacturing steps.
• Coordinate with QA, Validation Engineering, QC, R&D, Warehouse and other departments.
• Record all relevant data in SOPs, batch records and logbooks.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.

Required profile

• BSc in Pharmaceutical Science.
• 1–4 years of experience in production planning or pharmaceutical production.
• Training in Good Manufacturing Practice and ISO 9001 standards.
• Advanced knowledge of hygiene, cross‑contamination prevention, cleaning processes and operational controls.
