Strategy Manager – Financial Services (MENA)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Manager to work with senior banking executives across the MENA region. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on transformation delivery, supporting clients from boardroom strategy through execution and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements and workstreams for MENA financial services clients, shaping growth strategies, commercial transformation and operating model enhancements.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, customer segmentation, value propositions and revenue growth plans, including AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Drive operating model transformation, redesigning processes, improving cost and productivity, and optimizing distribution and coverage models.
• Advise on banking innovation topics such as open banking, embedded finance, Banking‑as‑a‑Service, ecosystem strategies and digital transformation.
• Manage program mobilization, executive stakeholder engagement, steering‑committee coordination and value‑realization tracking while mentoring junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier institution; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5‑8 years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, fintech or related transformation environments.
• Proven experience delivering strategy, operating‑model and digital/AI engagements for banking segments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and executive‑level communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
