About the role

Groovy Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its holistic wellness and medical‑grade spa services. The role will partner with clinic leadership and HR to attract, assess, and hire talent that aligns with the company’s high standards of care and client‑centered culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and draft clear, compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including online platforms, networking events, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured behavioral and competency‑based interviews, and evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles and support workforce planning.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within healthcare, wellness, beauty, or hospitality.
• Strong ability to collaborate with managers and HR stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Heliopolis and engage with cross‑functional clinical and administrative teams.
