About the role
The Talent Management & Learning Team Leader partners with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to drive talent review processes, develop succession pipelines, and deliver learning solutions that align with business priorities. This role combines strategic talent planning with hands‑on learning program design and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs to collect, consolidate, and analyse data for Talent Review Meetings (TRMs).
- Co‑facilitate TRMs, guiding senior leadership through 9‑box talent differentiation discussions.
- Collaborate with the Group Talent Team to support and co‑facilitate Talent Assessment Centers (TACs) and conduct feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement talent action plans, including succession, promotion, retention, PDPs, and PIPs, and monitor progress.
- Lead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with HRBPs to align development priorities with business needs.
- Drive implementation of Group learning solutions, LMS platforms, and programs such as GDP, MDP, and internships.
- Design and deliver technical and vocational training, inductions, and functional learning journeys.
- Create and maintain the technical skills dictionary and annual L&D calendar, measuring impact and effectiveness.
- Promote the Group Competency Model and stay updated on industry best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience with talent reviews, 9‑box grids, and competency frameworks.
- Track record designing and delivering learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM or ATD.
- Experience in large, matrix or multinational organisations.
