Technical Office Engineer – Architecture

About the role

Le Jardin Construction & Development is seeking a Technical Office Engineer specialized in architecture to support its growing portfolio of projects in Alexandria. The role focuses on delivering accurate shop drawings, quantity take‑offs, and tender documentation while collaborating closely with design and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings for architectural projects.
• Conduct quantity surveying and produce accurate measurement reports.
• Support the tendering process by compiling technical packages and cost estimates.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site personnel to resolve design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Graduation year between 2022 and 2024.
• Based in Alexandria with no relocation plans for the next three months.
• 2–3 years of solid experience in a technical office within construction or development.
• Detail‑oriented, ambitious, and eager to grow in the construction sector.
