Technical Support Engineer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in Arabic and English to join a global cybersecurity software leader. The role involves providing 24x7 technical assistance to enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex network security environments, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via email, phone and web sessions for product installation, operation and issue resolution.
• Maintain and enrich the internal knowledge base.
• Introduce and refine support methodologies and tools.
• Work closely with global support, engineering, delivery and product management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support for software products.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments.
• Hands‑on experience configuring firewalls (Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or equivalent).
• Background supporting network security solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work irregular hours for a 24x7 global service.
