About the role
We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our IT department in New Cairo. You will be responsible for maintaining the security and reliability of our systems, providing end‑user assistance, and ensuring smooth network operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for security and administrative systems, including VPN and antivirus solutions.
- Manage daily IT tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with new installations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and stay updated on information‑security trends.
- Support WAN/LAN connectivity, analyze network activity, and prevent systematic errors.
- Maintain fingerprint attendance devices and related attendance systems.
- Backup and restore user files and device configurations.
- Handle network services such as printing, email, internet access, and file sharing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2‑4 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- CCNA and/or MCSA certifications are preferred.
