Technology Resilience Tech Lead – Cyber Security

About the role

As a Technology Resilience Tech Lead you will guide clients in keeping their core services operational during cyber‑attacks, natural disasters or regional outages. You will work within Deloitte Innovation Hub’s Cyber Security practice to design, test and implement next‑generation safeguards that protect critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Define and assess a client’s Minimum Viable Company (MVC) to identify essential capabilities and dependencies.
• Lead Technology Impact Analyses (TIA) to map relationships between business services, applications, infrastructure and third‑party providers.
• Evaluate data‑centers, cloud environments and network architecture for resilience and recoverability, identifying single points of failure.
• Design and recommend modern resilience solutions such as immutable backups, data vaulting and tiered recovery architectures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology resilience, cyber security or related fields.
• Ability to lead complex technical analyses and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data‑center, cloud and network architectures.
